Avenida Barcelona was created a little bit “by mistake” when I came over a wonderful apartment in the Old Town of Barcelona that the owner didn’t know what to do with.

“I can rent it out to tourists”, I said without having an idea that there where already around ten other companies doing it in Barcelona. This was in 2002. Now, 2020 there are over 280 companies and many tourist apartments.

We are a small company and we believe that our strength is the personal service we are giving to our clients, both the owner of the apartments and the tourists visiting Barcelona and staying in our apartments.

We have 18 years of experience in taking care of apartments and taking care of tourists. We love this city and wish you to have a good time here. We want your to discover the secrets of Barcelona.
